Printed rewind is ideal for higher volume, repetitive food, petfood, beverage and other perishables. It describes the use of flexible packaging materials being used to package a wide range of products in a range of automated in line packaging machines. Although Rewind can be non-print, the bulk of our Rewinds are supplied printed; usually in Gravure, although Digital or Flexography are an option.
The combinations of flexible materials (including recyclable), applications and printing are many. Almost every one of our customers have unique requirements and we are proud of our ability to work through their requirements and come up with the right solution.
Printed Rewind yields significant benefits for high-speed, high-volume packaging in that it is easier to transport, easier to store (as inventory) and there is less waste.
Ensure your packaging makes an impact. Our 10-colour gravure printing can be in matte, metallised, de-metallised windows and more. Printed Rewind can come as surface printed films or printed laminates for your VFFS and HFFS applications.
Surface printed films include coextruded polyethylene or BOPP Films, and our laminated products can be customised. We offer a broad range of materials including Recyclable materials, Aluminium Foil, CPP, Cold Seal, High Density, Low Density, LLDPE, PET, OPP, Metallised Film, High Barrier Films , and others.
