The 3 Side Seal, also referred to as a bag, is probably more commonly known as the Coffee or Tea Pouch. The bottom of a side gusset bag is sealed using heat-seal technique, with the top of the pouch kept open for filling of the product. The base sits flat on the shelf surface when filled with the weight of the product. The side gussets give the pouch capacity to expand.
